Just checking in from Olive Branch. Looking forward to hearing from others in the conference and sharing together as we live out our mission in MS.

The key to this being helpful is to make sure we have an open dialogue with folks that are not in the regular circles of conversation. we have to have more , younger, and more diverse voices. We all need to invite someone into this conversation.

Learning how to stay still and listen to the real needs of all people is what Jesus would want.
Then, instead of words ... act on these needs and accomplish something good for the one who needs help...then in return these people will see who the real Christ like disciple is.

It is time for the Church to begin to reach out to people of all races and ethnic groups. People are looking for Churches that are showing a genuine concern for people and their problems. It is time out for Church as usual, and leave those four walls and do as Jesus did.....go to the nasses!

Not being afraid to ask questions, talking with a sincere heart, and taking action to solve, has been the best medicine for me. If more would do this, can you imagine. If churches would solve their problems, live with a servant heart, and stand up with courage, wow!

I'll keep coming back to a word I say often, and we need to continue to say . . . Relevance!

If we are relevant to those in need of the grace of God, we'll see God do some awesome stuff in our midst!
